General Terms and Conditions
1. General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with FHO-ForHustlerOnly, on the FHO-ForHustlerOnly website, the mobile website, or in the mobile application.
By using or placing an order, you agree to the general terms and conditions stated herein. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
Only adults who have a delivery address in Germany and whose order is not for their commercial or self-employed professional activity, nor for that of a third party, can place orders with us. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not authorized to place orders. We expressly point out that we will not issue invoices within the meaning of § 14 UStG.
The offering of products or services on FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de at a particular time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The version of the terms and conditions applicable to your order is the one published on FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de at the time of placing the order. The general terms and conditions applicable at the time of your purchase are not stored by us and cannot be requested from us.
You agree not to publish, transmit, distribute, upload, or market any information or content that could harm or negatively affect our company, our products, or services; not to behave in a way or use devices that restrict, impair, obstruct other users from using the FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de website or jeopardize the security of the website, and not to use any devices or modules, software, tools, agents, scripts, or other devices or mechanisms (including, but not limited to, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or browse the website or copy content from the website. We reserve the right to block access to the website and close the accounts of users who violate this regulation or other policies set forth in these general terms and conditions.
2. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de include the statutory VAT, but not shipping costs.
Shipping costs are the same for all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the package. The costs for the respective payment method are clearly displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping costs are €3.99. If we cannot deliver your order in full and have to split it into several packages, no additional shipping costs will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
3. Order / Conclusion of Contract
You have the option to order on FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de.
Once you have placed your order and provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation by email. If for any reason we cannot fulfill the order, we will notify you. If we have already received a payment for the order, we will refund the corresponding amount using the payment method you used. If for any reason a different arrangement needs to be made, an FHO-ForHustlerOnly customer service representative will contact you to arrange the refund.
The total amount for an order must be at least €1 (after deducting discounts).
4. Delivery
FHO-ForHustlerOnly delivers your order to a private address or a pickup station in Germany, according to the delivery option you selected.
FHO-ForHustlerOnly endeavors to deliver items as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to deliver within three to five days after receipt of the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Although we strive to deliver within the specified period, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel the order.
Once you have placed your order and provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation by email with the estimated delivery times.

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item of your order.
However, to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you inform us of your decision to withdraw your order before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
We will immediately refund the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for your order. You will not incur any additional costs. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof that you have sent the items back, whichever is the earlier.
The goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The notification must be made in any case within 14 days, as described above in section "Right of Withdrawal". You then have another 14 days to return the items according to paragraph 6 below (Returns and Refunds). We will refund the costs as quickly as possible using the payment method you used.
If you have received a faulty item, please notify FHO-ForHustlerOnly immediately and return the item in accordance with the provisions in paragraph 6 below (Returns and Refunds). FHO-ForHustlerOnly will fully refund the costs for products found to be defective. The provisions mentioned herein do not limit any applicable rights.
6. Returns
FHO-ForHustlerOnly guarantees a refund or, if desired, an exchange of returned items in accordance with the provisions in section 5 (Cancellation of Order), provided that all items have been returned in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for trying them on). In addition, all tags and labels must still be attached to the item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal and return is not applicable for fabric face masks, care products, hygiene items, and storage media. If you have purchased faulty items, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
7. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:
Payment before delivery
Card Payment
When you place the order, you can pay with a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) and enter the card information. The corresponding amount will be reserved on your card immediately, but only debited when the goods have been shipped from our warehouse. FHO-ForHustlerOnly reserves the right to verify the validity of the card, the available credit in relation to the order value and the buyer's address details. Based on the results of this check, we may also reject orders.
PayPal
If you use the PayPal payment method, the corresponding amount will be reserved in your PayPal account immediately, but only debited when the goods have been shipped from our warehouse. FHO-ForHustlerOnly reserves the right to verify the validity of the PayPal account, the balance to cover the order value and the buyer's billing address. Based on the results of this check, we may also reject orders.
Pay immediately
You pay securely via direct transfer using your usual online banking. Your online banking data is entered exclusively in the secured payment form. FHO-ForHustlerOnly can therefore neither access the data you enter nor your account.
Other
You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email.
8. Warranty
None of these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit FHO-ForHustlerOnly's liability if this conflicts with applicable laws on exclusion or limitation of liability.
FHO-ForHustlerOnly accepts no liability for death or injury caused by negligence on our part or that of our employees and agents. It is not our intention to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees or agents. If we breach these terms and conditions, we are only liable for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of such a breach.
FHO-ForHustlerOnly is not responsible for indirect damages that arise as a secondary consequence of the actual loss or damage, e.g. lost profits or orders, or for undelivered products or the failure to comply with other obligations under these terms and conditions if the cause of this non-compliance is beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, riots, civil unrest, war, nuclear accidents or terrorist activities.
Our maximum liability to you for any losses or damages arising from your order on FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de is limited to the total amount of your order.
9. Colors and Measurements
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the properties of our products, including their composition and colors. However, color display depends on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately reproduce the colors.
The dimensions of a product on FHO-ForHustlerOnly.de are approximate only, to give you a more accurate idea of the fit of a garment. The actual dimensions of a product vary depending on the material used to manufacture it.
10. Warranty
If the purchased goods show defects, FHO-ForHustlerOnly undertakes to comply with all applicable warranty provisions. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing defects of the goods provided by us, including damage incurred during transport, please return the goods to us immediately.
11. Assignment
FHO-ForHustlerOnly reserves the right to assign or pledge all payment claims arising in connection with the delivery of goods, including all installment payments, to third parties.
12. Validity
If parts of these provisions are not permissible or are declared invalid by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

Retention of Title
All intellectual property rights, e.g. trademarks and copyrights on FHO-ForHustlerOnly, remain with FHO-ForHustlerOnly (Martin Krayem) and its branches or licensees. The use of FHO-ForHustlerOnly or its content, including the copying and storage of content in whole or in part, except for personal, non-commercial purposes, is not permitted without the permission of FHO-ForHustlerOnly.
