Shipping
We ship our products with DHL, Hermes, GLS, DPD, and UPS and offer shipping within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union. Shipping costs within Germany are €3.99. For shipping to other countries, we charge a flat rate of €4.99.
Delivery usually takes 2-6 days from the date of order. If there are any delays, we will inform you immediately.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your company name, your address, your phone number, your email address]) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@fho-forhustleronly.de. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price and return shipping costs.
