You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item of your order.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to inform us before the cancellation period expires that you wish to cancel your order.

Please enter the word "Widerruf" (Cancellation) in the subject line.

Consequences of cancellation

We will refund payments received from you in full without delay, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for your order. There will be no additional costs for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof that you have sent the items, whichever is earlier.

The goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The notification must be made within 14 days in any case, as described above in the "Right of Withdrawal" section. You then have another 14 days to return the items in accordance with paragraph 6 below (Returns and Refunds). We will refund the costs as soon as possible using the payment method you used.

If you have received a faulty item, please notify fho-forhustleronly immediately and return the item in accordance with the provisions in paragraph 6 below (Returns and Refunds). fho-forhustleronly will fully refund the cost of products found to be defective. The provisions mentioned herein do not limit applicable rights.

Returns

fho-forhustleronly guarantees a refund or, if desired, an exchange of returned items in accordance with the provisions in Section 5 (Order Cancellation), provided that all items have been returned in the condition they were in upon receipt. This means that items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of trying on). In addition, all tags and labels should still be attached to the item.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to fabric face masks. If you have purchased faulty masks, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
